I tried the pork medallions of the Swiss kind, but I let the roasts swap with roast potatoes. After my onion soup we both have our salad dresses. A small version for my wife to the small part of Lende. The salads are very appealing, varied and fresh, with sunflower seeds and dresses bestreuted and really good Schmanddressing. The main food came very fast before the salad was half destroyed. And both lumbar vertebral variants have tasted us relatively well. The cheese sauce to the band noodles was somewhat weak in taste, but the meat was tender and not dry. Like me medals Swiss style. On weekends we like to eat a bit later for lunch or early evening, depending on how to see it. And after the pizzeria marathon of the last few weeks, a small change was quite good. And if you're not alone, it's not always like that. After I had to take a seat in the breakfast room for a closed company, today we enjoyed the real restaurant overlooking Alsfeld. On the left side of the breakfast room and on the right side the hotel reception goes directly to the restaurant Cafe. Behind the glass door a larger hall stretched by a few guest rooms and to the right a slightly smaller room with only a window table that had just become free at this moment. There we were undisturbed (at least before and had a look at the on-site pond, the currently cozy dazzling highway, which however hardly disturbed the view and the view of Alsfeld and the Vogelsberger Land around them. Nice. And the service flink and friendly and with good advice. I couldn't decide about the appetizers again. But again in advance: The card offers so many delicious sounding food, so we will certainly take the more open place here. The most important foods: even my favorites fluctuated until shortly before the end with their decision and then the choice fell on the chicken breast on Sherry almond cream sauce because: we can come back; . And I became braver after my experience of the last few months, where I had found lamb taste in an oriental restaurant Lahntal, for example. The supplements of the main dishes were served separately in small bowls. Chicken breast and lamb roasts looked good. The frying potatoes to my lamb roast were perfectly roasted, well dressed with onions, rags and a little bacon and count for me to the well-made category. The beans with bacon were good, but green beans are not my favorite food. And the lamb roast is quite different than recently served in the Oriental, but not at least delicious. I was happy with my choice. And my wife's opinion on her court? The vegetables are fresh or just as it should be. The sauce is probably not self-creation, but the old-known lukull.
