"The place is very secret, not like its usual restaurant. the staff is very friendly and very open to serve them eating as they like it. I have bratkartoffeln (very tasty roasted potatoes,) mushrooms and an salad on the side. it was a bit more oily for my taste, but this type of food is served with a lot of oil. the chef also offered vegan pizza as an option, but this is practical to eat in almost any pizzeria, so I decided to have a multi-German meal. I would recommend the place if they only want to get away from the crowd and relax with some good eating."

"The restaurant is located at fallerslebener str. in direction wob. the façade of the house looks inconspicuous from bbg charme . the restaurant has free spaces that are happy to be used. the restaurant itself is tastefully decorated. every day offered activities carving, salad, etc. we were not done by the service, the non-precision drinks and the bad food for us."

"Treffender hätte man das Lokal nicht benennen können!Auf alten Sitzen und im Ambiente eines alten Wagons lasst sich hier ein sehr gemütlicher Abend bei gutem Essen genießen. Das Lokal besitzt sogar eine Modelleisenbahn, mir der Getränke serviert werden können.Das Essen ist gut, je nach Saison, kann aus einer Zusatzkarte Schnitzel, Spargel, etc gewählt werden.Zu der Kegelbahn kann ich leider nichts sagen."

"Visited the Ox twice. By far the best steaks in Germany! Sides were really good, especially the cold platter appetizer. They have a full bar. And like everywhere in Germany the wine and beer were top notch."

"Visited the restaurant on Saturday afternoon. nice quick service, we have chosen two dishes from the current green carving with cooked, fried carrots, run up, sausages, pork. excellent large portions, no acidic faces, if one in the group wanted salt potatoes, the other fried. we like to come back and choose from the large menu."
