"Die Zimmer bzw. das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit war ok. Jedoch wurden wir noch nie so unfreundlich in einem Hotel behandelt wie in diesem. Zumal wir dort als Hochzeitspaar am Abend unserer Hochzeit übernachtet haben. Eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer oder wenigstens ein "herzlichen Glückwunsch" wäre nett gewesen. Stattdessen wurden wir gleich ziemlich pampig darauf hingewiesen, dass wir das Zimmer eines unserer Gäste zur Hälfte mitbezahlen müssten, da er zu spät storniert hat. Verständlich, aber hatte man auch freundlicher sagen können. Auf Nachfragen beim Frühstück reagierte der Wirt mit Augenverdrehen! Das Frühstück selbst war unter dem Durchschnitt, Wurst und Käse lagen zusammen auf einer Platte. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und würden dort nicht mehr übernachten."

"Wir haben auf der Durchmesser hier übernachtet und im Restaurant gegessen. Ich hatte einen Salat. Eigentlich mit Joghurtdressing laut Karte neben dem Joghurt haben auch sonstige Gewürze gefehlt. Auch beim Jägerschnitzel fehlte Salz und andre Gewürze."

"Very tasty, cozy, friendly, always happy again. Hope Corona Bullshit doesn't break the good restaurants. Restaurants are trying to meet meaningless requirements and yet they are supposed to make them. Very bad for owners and staff."

"Habe mit 6 Personen in der Margarethen-Klause gegessen und wir waren sehr zufrieden.Hatten das Herrensteak , Krabben und Schweinemedallions, alle Gerichte waren sehr gut .Das Steak nebst Bratkartoffeln sehr gut und auf den Punkt ,wie gewünscht gebraten.Die Krabben mit Rührei auch super so auch die Medallions.Ich war erst ein wenig skeptisch durch die Bewertungen und deshalb wollte ich das einmalauch den anderen Kunden bzw Gästen mitteilen.Ubrigens wir waren mit dem schlemen und sparen Buch dort und trotzdem war alles bestens, sehr nette Bedienung .Das war nicht das letzte mal das wir dort essen waren. Vielen Dank nochmal!!!"

"There are not many locals with beer gardens in Elmshorn, the Casablanca has a small place next to the restaurant. We came out to the last table and wanted to bite something and enjoy a pilgrim. The beer was also quickly brought through the friendly service, but the ordered food took an entire hour and half. There were only two croques that probably fly exclusively by plane from France. But the food was very tasty, fresh salad, tomatoes etc.( Vegetarian croque 4,20€ As we have experienced from friends, it is likely that you need to wait for his food (aircraft). Otherwise, I can only report well from Casablanca. It is possible to rent the entire store for a private celebration (wedding, birthday,... I was here twice at a celebration. The buffet was top, the staff very friendly, fast and helpful."

"Ein typisches Landgasthaus mit deutscher Küche. Die Rinderroulade war schmackhaft, wenn man denn zum essen kommt, weil ständig eine der drei Kellnerinnen an den Tisch kommt und fragt ob es schmeckt. Das erinnert ein wenig an loriot. Der Preis ist naja. Gibt bessere Lokalitäten."
