"Kleines, sehr familiäres Restaurant, bei dem die Chefin selbst bedient. Fast alle Wünsche werden erfüllt, auch wenn es mal ein wenig kompliziert ist! Als amuse gueule gibt es fantastische, hausgemachte Buttersorten mit frischem, knusprigem Baguette,Alle Speisen werden erst bei Bestellung frisch zubereitet und das schmeckt man auch - Steaks sind sensationell, aber ich persönlich liebe die Schnitzel mit den frischen Champignons oder der Paprikasahne. Das Highlight sind die BratkartoffelnWir waren letzte Woche zum Grünkohlessen im Fuchsbau und das hat geschmeckt wie Zuhause - Grünkohl mit echten Bremer und Oldenburger Pinkel, Metttwurst, Schweinebauch und tolles Kassler - das war ein echtes Erlebnis !!"
