"Obwohl ich schon seit 25 Jahre nicht mehr in Fessenbach lebe, bin ich immer wieder und gerne in der Linde. Es ist einer der Treffpunkte. Hier kommen alle her - Rentner, Familien, Neu- und Altbürger, Feuerwehleute und Musiker nach der Probe, Narren während der Fasent, …Es ist eine Institution!Wer in einer Dorfbeiz hochgestochene Küche erwartet ist hier falsch. Es gibt ehrliche Vespergerichte und warme Speisen. Und der Wein ist natürlich aus Fessenbach.Klassiker sind Cordon Bleu mit Pommes und Salat oder auch gerne suurer Schwartemagen mit Kartoffelbrägeli.Ich mit meinen über 100 kg Gewicht bin hier noch nie hungrig raus gegangen. Und geschmeckt hat es mir auch immer.Für mich ist du Urigkeit, das Authentische – weil nie veränderte einfach mit ein Stück meines Heimatdorfes.Ich hoffe, die Linde mit ihrer Betreiberfamilie bleibt uns noch lange erhalten."

"Came to Offenburg with Dance World Cup. Over our day stay in Offenburn, we managed to dine at this restaurant times! When we had free time to eat out, this was the place we went. The staff, which seems to be family run,...were so happy and pleasant. Helpful with my lack of German. The food was incredible, so fresh and flavoursome. The salads especially and the meat were top notch. review."
