"We have been to several Churrascaria's (Rodisio's) when we lived back in the states, but none of them compared to having it in Brazil. For those not familiar with this type of dining, the side dishes are all offered buffet style, after you get your...side dishes and return to your table, waiters start coming by with a variety of meets that have been cooked on a rotisserie, and they will slice you off as much as you may want. A word of caution here, it is easy to get carried away, so pace yourself and just try a little of each type of meat, when you think you have enough, just turn the little coaster over so the red side is showing, and don't worry because you can go back to green anytime. We ate here twice during the week we were in Bahia and found the variety of sides to be good, and the meat and service to both be excellent, and lets not forget the price, at basically $10.00 per-person, this was an excellent value."
