"This was our 2nd time eating here. We frequently go for drinks there too. The first meal (dinner)we had was fantastic quality from start to finish. This lunch was disappointing. I had the dish of the day which was a cod pasta dish. It was smoked cod which the waitress hadn’t explained. It was quite a small portion the pasta was totally over cooked flat squashed penne pasta tubes. Not a lot of cod. The flavour of the dish was good though. My husband had the turkey ham roast of the day which was fine. Nothing special."

"We visited the restaurant twice a week in Blowing Rock. Both times we used the outdoor kitchen. The staff was friendly and great atmosphere. There were some vegetarian options. We had the adult grilled cheese (delicious once and the pulpits and drinks the next (jalapeño margarita was also delicious! . Easy order and payment with QR reader from your table if you want. You don't take reservations, but we didn't have a waiting time at 7:00 a.m. in the week."
