"I took my grandparents here as a birthday gift. The food took a while to come but I’m always happy to wait for a nice roast. The food was presented beautifully, however it was lukewarm. We sent both of the roast beef dishes back to be heated. They were brought back re-plated differently to before; the plating looked rushed. In addition to this, the parsnip was missing, there was not much beef and it was still not hot. When this was explained to the waiter, he sharply and unapologetically said they do not serve their roast dinners hot. The service was slow and one of the waiters was unfriendly and not very personable. Additionally, the table next to us was not cleared an hour after the people sat next to us had left. This is not the service I’d expect when you’re paying over £30 per person for a lunch. I won’t be coming here again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"
