"Bread pudding being the focus of this wonderful establishment is unique and truly a stand-out dessert. I've had nothing but the best experience from being greeted upon entering, instructed on the flavor profiles of all the desserts and feeling welcomed to share in the joy of their delicious sweets. Every restaurant and shop should emulate the way this owner treats their customers. I would frequent this place based on how they serve their community alone, but their sweets round out the experience and make this a must-visit for anyone on the North Shore. So grateful to see such kind people running a business that I will continue to support for many years to come!"

"Nice Evanston neighborhood Irish bar and grill, cannot eat in... but speedy takeout. Went to Whole Foods while I waited. I had their bacon burger and cupcake. Food is good! Hope to dine in soon!"

"This restaurant is not very diner friendly. I had order the cheeseburger medium and also asked if I could substitute the fries with the mashed potatoes. The waitress informed me that there would be an extra charge for that. When I pointed out to her that the price was the same on the menu under Sides she argued that those portions are bigger than the one that is served with the cheeseburger. I did not want to argue but it begs the question of why couldn't they make the portion of mashed potatoes comparable to the portion of fries that they serve with the cheeseburger? When they brought my burger it was overcooked, more well done than medium, but I let that go too. I also did not complain when the dessert I ordered, which was the apple cider donut holes, were overcooked. I did finally speak up when the decaf coffee that I ordered was lukewarm. The waitress brought me a fresh hot cup and did not charge me the for it to compensate. Which brings me to my final point which is, for the amount of money that this restaurant charges overpriced their service accommodating a simple request and cooking how hard is it to cook a burger?! should be impeccable, and sadly it is not"
