"Service was good, fast and friendly. The waiting area inside does not offer cooling in the heat, nor heat in the winter. Dinner on the patio is nice 4 or 5 tables of at least 4 or more. Drive up window is a nice feature. Single unisex bathroom inside waiting area."

"Worst Imo was ever. Pizza was overcooked. It was as dry as the Sahara. I ate it because I was starving and was in my lunch break and had no time to reorder. They forgot one of my clothes for my salad, so I had to call them and bring them back. The young lady who answered the phone had to get a manager to bring me my dressing, and the manager seemed somewhat irritated because I wanted them to bring it. I paid for the delivery. The only thing that was right was the soda. I won't order anything else from here."

"Well-known St. Louis (MO) pizzeria! This location (11911 Saint Charles Rock Rd., Bridgeton MO) does it right! Small restaurant with a handful of parking spaces but Staff is extremely efficient professional likeable! Sunday (4/11/21), I ordered a modified 14-inch Thin Deluxe Pizza and it was SUPER TASTY! I returned, again, on Tues. (4/13/21) for aNUTHA one! Those pizza pies were like *majic*! They disappeared QUICKLY! Don 't compare Imo 's pizza pies to those OTHER pizza stores. If you DO, you 'll miss the awesomeness! That CRUST, that SAUCE that CHEESE have ALL represented The Lou (STL) for decades! Ya hear me?!? Thanks! to Jenna Josh for making my 1st visit(s) memorable (in a TASTY way). Five Stars! ?????"

"We arrived there at 9:30 and we asked for dine in (based on google they were supposed to be open till 11 pm! . They said that they do not serve dine in as they were closing soon! However, they were taking orders till very late. Overall I did not like the way they were treating their customers. Not helpful at all. But the quality was very good."

"The pizzas was burnt, over cook and cold ! I spent $50 for this mess. I will never go to this site again, they're horrible. I just called to complain and they requested I come back to the restaurant so they can see the burnt pizza, I told them I can take a picture since I was across town, or I can bring it back in tomorrow. The district manger said he needs to see it in person, so I'll let the comment page see the pizza ! Don't visit this site, or go during another shift other than night shift..... I honestly believe they gave me a canceled order. The order was ready within 10 minutes, again they're horrible."
