"The only reason I am not giving this a five-star rating is because of the manager that was on duty the day that we purchased our items. The food was delicious, the new employees were fabulous, and the speed for which we received our items was acceptable. I just believe that the manager just needed to hone her customer service skills. I thought it could possibly just be the way that she talked to us, but saw that that was the way she was with all customers. A smile and positive attitude would be awesome. Any employee needs to present an attitude that they enjoy their job even if they have to fake it. If you're not happy somewhere leave and do something that makes you happy. It is so important that new employees are not only trained in the position but with the attitude of positivity. Maybe it was just a bad day or a little hectic as a lunch crowd was massive. Everyone else, you are so appreciated. Smile a while and give your face a rest ??"
