"We made a reservation because on a Sunday there is a lot of movement, they treated us great, the food was delicious and the price was luxury. We went on the recommendation of @welovegrancanaria and we will definitely repeat. I will recommend it to everyone who wants fish. The calamari was exquisite!! "Cavernous place that I've visited twice and excellent both times. Full of locals with large families and excellent service despite the huge crowds that visit especially at the weekend. Not for vegetarians as grilled meat is the speciality and they do it well."

"We went unreservedly and we didn't have to wait long. many waiters, so they treated us quickly, but one of them is the truth that a little uncomfortable and unpleasant, would have a bad day, I guess. The eggplant chips recommended it by the waiter but the truth was not very successful. Honey soaks. I recommend lobster and avocado pier. We also order cooked croquettes. But what I complain about is that when you get the drink they ask you if you want bread, we said yes and kindly you put a bowl with a sauce so you can join him in the bread. (We had only asked for bread). surprise comes to the ticket. you get the bread and the sauce separately. That sauce we didn't order, that's the title of me to think about going back."

"Invited by friends to join them for lunch we travelled the short distance from Arucas town in the direction of Teror. In Visvique we spotted the tall chimney rising above the restaurant (hence it's name). We were shown into the cosy dining room and seated at table decoratively set for lunch. The owner was attentive, took the drinks order and allowed us time to select our meals. We relaxed eating warm bread rolls with alioli and the two entrees of Padron pimientos and soft cheese between us. The main courses of fillet steak and escalope were cooked to perfection and served stylishly with a beautiful red pepper stuffed with a whole mushroom and crispy onion slices. The staff checked during the meal that everything was to our satisfaction. The experience was completed with coffee or tea of choice. Off the usual tourist routes, this is a restaurant well worth a visit if you wish to enjoy good food, pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff."

"The church was closed when we arrived and eager to eat a bite before siesta time, we fell for some food. a small bar with a few locals at the bar, we were offered immediately to taste the freshly made meat. paella of the friendly barmann. the paella was tasty and the pizza ordered by my other half filled his appetit. not much spanish is spoken on our side, apart from the standard dos caffes con leche and not much English on their, but we could easily understand each other. the personal tries to rejoice and it was a pleasant experience."
