"My wife and I were regularly at redbrick, as they first opened up and especially fans of excellent castors. today we were looking forward to lunch and both ordered the rolls. what a disappointment! they were unrecognizable, although as...big as always (my wife gets the half in a box to take away) in taste totally lacking in taste, bland and seemingly unseasoned, and with a strangely loose texture. the salate was also mere. my American woman, who was really strong before, was significantly weaker. some unfamiliar employees and a conversion of the counter display, with fewer options in the offer, suggested that there might be a change of administration, and not for the better. To date, this place would have rated 5, but according to today's experience I doubt if we were to be back."

"On walking in the place smelt like a dirty toastie machine, despite it being early in the morning and the place empty. The floors were clearly not hoovered from yesterday and looked like they hadn't been mopped or cleaned in months. The seats I walked past were covered in stains and the staff were half a sleep. Despite being 9 days before Christmas they didn't have gift vouchers. I ordered a coffee and a tea cake and wasn't asked for my loyalty card, when offering my loyalty card I was told it was too late... A generally disappointing experience"

"Simply the best accommodation we have experienced. Spotless and delightfully appointed room. Professional,friendly staff. Gorgeous breakfast. Husband really enjoyed the special whiskey and craic with Fintan. Will be back again soon."

"Toast always serves delicious food. The atmosphere is lovely, the hygiene is excellent. My husband and I have been here several times in the last few months, either with friends or just ourselves, and we are never disappointed. And the staff are great as well. 10 out of 10 in every way!!"

"Had great hopes for our visit, but the price could not justify the experience. £27 for 2 sandwiches and 2 coks. eating was nice enough, but not enough to guarantee the price. I wouldn't come back."

"We have been going here for quite some time as we live locally. From the minute Stefan showed us to our table the evenings experience just got better and better. We decided on the Chataubriand and it was excellent, cooked exactly how we asked it...to be. The wine Stefan recommend complemented it perfectly too and athough the restaurant was busy we were looked after by Christina snd Roxanne who even though very busy always had a smile and a word to see if everything was alright. On the drinks front we were ably looked after by Dragos and Ben and the rest of the guys behind the bar. It was a great meal in a great setting with fantastic staff. Thank you. David and Julie"
