"Omg this woman can bake!! I purchased a 2 layer carrot cake for my husband who has a wheat sensitivity. I bake gluten free cakes, but they are still hit and miss. I decided to purchase a GF cake and the entire time I was hoping I made the right decision in purchasing. We just got done enjoying our cake and it was hands down the best carrot cake we've ever had. I'm not talking about gluten free, I'm talking about any carrot cake! The cake held together beautifully and wasn't crumbly like a lot of gluten free baked items. I also purchased peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. She advised that I keep them in dough form and bake them the day I needed them. That day hasn't happened yet, however I'm having a hard time keeping my husband away from the dough. He says they are good. The cookie sizes are also extremely generous. I'm just so happy I went with the GF Bakeree! Thank you Julie :"
