"We tried this place tonight after going to a previous choice and not wishing to wait an hour to get seated. We walked in and checked to see how long the wait was and were fortunate enough to be seated right away. The place was full of people who seem to be happy eating and we read the menu looking over all of the delicious choices they have. The hamburger selection is amazing and the burgers are very large and very tasty. We got the brisket with the cheesy bread and sides of veggies and coleslaw and that was amazing. Our friends had the potato salad and said it was the best they've ever had and they don't throw compliments like that around easily. Our waitress was Misty and we cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the attention she gave to our table and our order. Misty was very pleasant and charismatic which was a nice way to finish off an epic day in Big Bear lake. Our friends and us have decided that this will be our go to place every time we are in that area."

"Awful customer service. Not very welcoming. Acted as if they didnt want to make the food when we wanted 2 extra sandwiches. They had very limited items. No matter how much we were respectful ane polite even tipped them they never said ur welcome ur addressed us respectfully, yes sir no sir yes ma'am no ma'am. Then when we said thank u and left the lady just raises her eyebrows. Its 2022 guys we have ro do better then this."
