"I had a late lunch here on a lovely sunny October afternoon. There was good variety on the menu and happily they were serving mussels and chips (moules et frites) in lunch-sized portions and I choose the mussels in rocquefort sauce.The mussles were delicious and fresh, the rocquefort sauce was excellent and it was served with a nice portion of chips. I chose 25cl of the house white to accompany it and it was perfectly chilled and followed with a scoop of lovely coffee ice-cream.The restaurant was busy and I hadn't made a reservation but they found a table for me outside in the sun. The service was very prompt and friendly and the cost was extremely reasonable.Very good value for money,"

"This resturant deserves a better rating! I heard from the receptionist at my hotel that they recently changed their owner. That might explain it.We had a lovely dinner with my family, trying the evening menus. We were very pleased by the intresting and well cooked food. A very surprising entrée, made of foie gras, tasted exactly like crème brûle. Staff did everything to make our evening a pleasure.A resturant well worth visiting."

"For an italian resturant this is just ok. Not very well cooked food, not very well served. Pizzas are burnt, pasta overcooked, things that would never occur in Italy. But prices are ok."

"We arrived in some trepidation. The (few) Anglo Saxon reviews on Tripadvisor were very critical, whilst the French were extremely positive. So, an open mind. Fortunately, we sided with our French cousins. This was an excellent meal. Good value (my wife went for the Summer Menu...at €21 for three courses and I ordered the local menu at €26) washed down with a good rose at €16. The service was first rate (four waiters for about fourteen tables), the food superbly presented, tasty and that little bit different (apricots, sweet potato, and succulent duck slices). The 'local ' apple pie was mouthwatering and I know my pies! Altogether, a super meal at a very reasonable price in a very amenable setting."

"Really excellent meal here on our return to Biscarrosse this year, it having been our favourite spot on hols last year. Nautical/surfy shabby chic vibe, top end smiley service and excellent food. We ate with our 2, 4 and 6 year olds and despite kids...in tow felt very welcome, glow in the dark bracelets for the kids etc. We adults both had the menu of the day for €28, great value- don't pass it; favourite place in Biscarrosse Plage. Ps try their mojitos!!"
