"Me and my husband stopped here on Monday and they were just getting some croissants out of the oven and these were by far the best croissants we had ever had! And also the piping hot french bread was the best. The eclairs, cannolli and cream puffs were also to die for!! Best bakery by far!!!"

"We stayed here yesterday on the way home from Georgia to Texas, and had the shrimp cocktail, cancer bisque, caesar salad and boiled cancer. Our waitress, Cheryl was delightful, and the management, Victor and Jay stopped at our table to make sure we had a good meal. We also stayed a few days earlier on the way out and took some cancer bisque and seafood gumbo to go. I have been feeding here probably 20 years on the way to and from Texas/ Tennessee and Kentucky and the same lady has made the Rubberbo all the time that is the best rubberbo in the nation! Rich, dark roux like no one else. I am definitely a fan of this place! Thank you Cheryl. Victor and Jay for the wonderful service!"

"I happened to be working close Henderson Louisiana and stumbled across this restaurant. Seafood food menu. My buddy and I went at lunch time. The staff was super friendly. The food was exceptional. Highly recommend the crab cakes. Had a local amber beer that was damn good. Prices were decent as well."

"Staff is top notch Today for the first time for lunch. The place is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. The cancer spinach had dipped as an appetizer – AAZING. Husband had the land Fried Ribeye with cheese Grits and I had the Teche Wellington (get this!!!! DO IT) and grilled asparagus and we shared. Absolutely phenomenal!!! Can't even explain how exquisite the flavors are. In each individual court the wort was on point. Of course we couldn't go without dessert. Split a bread pudding... and Nabeby practically licked the plate. Excellent!!! Thanks again and again to a wonderful waitress (Renee) and a phenomenal cook (Bonnie) for an absolutely wonderful experience."
