"Establishment to eat on the thumb a noon. Home fries are good and crispy. Quick service. The burger is not bad with a quality meat. But the burger would gain in quality if the burger bread was home or at worst a better quality industrial bread. Nice for a moment with friends or family!"

"We had some time to kill before the overnight ferry from Caen and rather than going for one of the many high street brasseries, we instead tracked down this fabulous local French restaurant five minutes from the centre of Cabourg. Some classic French dishes, impeccable service and a good selection of wines made for a brilliant evening. Set menus of €27 and €36 allowed for plenty of choice. The Oysters and Lobster the table next to us were having looked superb. The profiteroles and hot chocolate sauce were particularly sensational - picture below. Friendly and helpful waiters too. Just really, really good all round."

"But amazingly slow service.....although the waiter was nice and apologized. It is better to book ahead if you want a table outside if weather allows. The food is homemade and fresh in accordance with the prices. Despite the wait I would still go back and...enjoy the sunset!!"
