"I was at this venue when the dogs/owners incident occurred. To be clear, I know neither the owners nor anybody else in the restaurant. Points:The table of six dogs were very noisy and loudThe table next to them did ask to be moved due to the excessive barking (who could blame them?)The owner (quite rightly in my opinion) did warn the dog owners that they may be asked to leave if the barking continuedThe dog owners left on their own accord when their own dogs would not stop barkingIt is very easy to leave a poor review (keyboard warrior style) and simply put a case in your favour let's be fair here!Right, now that is cleared up, the restaurant and food experience:Service was very goodStarters were tiny, expensive and poor (I did inform the staff, an apology was given, nothing else)Mains were good, but expensive (prices made my eyes water and I am used to London prices). If you charge high prices, deliver this with superb food (not average food)Vegan options were very limited.Due to price v quality and poor starters (opportunity given), I feel is fair."

"Wow! Fantastic, can't praise these guys enough! I love the simplicity of their menu. Wonderful wood fired dough, and they were more than happy to swap out the cheeses for a dairy free cheese alternative, which did not disappoint!. Due to underlying health concerns we have been overly cautious with takeaways during the pandemic, we were SO impressed with the level of hygiene and safety precautions! All staff/chefs wearing masks, hand sanitiser for customers, contactless payments, they sanitised the menu and surfaces in-between customers, and seating outside while you wait.. although we didn't have to wait very long at all, less than 5 minutes and delicious pizza's! We will definitely be going back for more! If you can't get to Italy this year, go to Totti!"

"A little gem hidden above the shops easily missed. A lot of home made plant based options. We had the homemade ciabatta with cashew cheese and roasted vegetables. All home made! The coffee hit the spot as well, lovely helpful staff. St ives was massively busy and it offered a break from the madness even though it’s in the busy part by the sea front. The fact it’s up some small steps above the main shops might help as it’s easy to miss. Definitely worth a visit and not at all expensive."

"Excellent time at this property. Jason and Sarah were so attentive and went above and beyond. The accommodation was lovely, gardens beautiful and the food was spectacular. A very warm welcome also given to our two additional members (guide dogs). Thank you."

"What a find this was, My wife has been extremely complimentary of the gluten free bread and we have ordered four loaves to take home from the Wadebridge shop. Friends have also told us the doughnuts are good, so I will try one of those when we collect the bread."

"Sunday carvery choice of 3 meats all delicious! Vegetables all fresh and very nice. nice friendly staf, would recommend definately. The only negative is, it lacks a bit of atmosphere, like once a conference suite, but don't let it stop the food... and the staff is really nice. we all enjoyed it and will return soon."
