"It had been a few years since we were in Zocalo, but it was as good as we remembered it to be. There were still some favorites on the menu, but also some new dishes, and they didn't disappoint. This is the only menu among many in Charlottesville that is really different and exciting. I had the duck breast cooked perfectly and accompanied by a great sauce, braised chard and an onion manchego bread pudding, and my wife loved her salmon. My starter, the tuna tartar, was too heavenly and had a healthy kick. Highly recommended!"

"A lovely dining experience. The location is a lovely respite from the chaos and noise of el centro. The students' service and cooking skills are incredible, creating lovely delicious food to enjoy at a relaxed pace in a beautiful seeing. We highly recommend trying Zefiro. Too many people go to about five restaurants when going to CDMX, but the dining scene here is so much more, and Zefiro is clear evidence of that. Enjoy!"

"My world is dry! I was twice at this place and we visited last night the third jubilee dinner. fixed menu and wine pairing. eating was excellent, all cooked to get perfection and time perfectly to the table. the service was so on the point, and sommelier did a great work with the pairings, the bark meat dish that came out smoked was unforgettable, I love not mango desserts, but the half version of cream brulee was amazing. all my friends felt the same. get their mailing list people, it's so worth it. hidden gem in the city safe!"

"The place is actually very nice and cozy. The bar is beautiful to sit or stand around. Their aged beef is simply delicious. Salad was good, and the empanadas were good. The desserts delicious. I do plan to go back. We had an incident with one waiter, but one does not mean all of the waiters are like that. The others around were very nice. This one, the main waiter for our table would make faces everytime we asked for something, would not answer, would take his time.....plain things like sauce, salt, more ice !!! He turned around once and complained to his buddy "UTA COMO JODEN" (not translatable). He meant that we ask for too much from him and it bothered him. So, when we paid the bill, we simply did not leave a tip, because if he is not willing to serve the clients he should not be there.I feel bad for the owner, because he had no idea of how this person acted. The owner put all his money and effort to have such a beautiful restaurant, for a dumb waiter to lose all the clients if they are treated like this.But that being said, food was good, more things in the menu looked very interesting,,,,,the place is really nicely decorated."
