"We have been coming here for years. This was the only place I would eat a fish fry from. It is under new ownership. About 3 months ago we ordered a fish fry to go. After we brought it home the fish had a funny taste to it. I called to tell them and they said nothing was wrong with it. Said they were sorry. Never offered a replacement. We decided to try another fish take out and it was ok. Well yesterday we went there with my sister for my birthday It was terrible. It was not very crowded and we waited 15 minutes for someone to wait on us. The fish was floating on the plate in oil. The salads were watered down. My niece had a cheeseburger and before we left ran to the bathroom. I came home and felt sick for about 5 hours. We will never go back there."

"Delightful! I stopped at this bakery out of curiosity. Renee's, the bakery that occupied this location for years, was a regular haunt of mine when I worked in the North Towns. Didn't quite know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. The interior set up is different. Smaller and much prettier. I bought a two pound seeded rye which rivaled my favorite rye which I normally get at Mazureks alligator rolls, cuccidati and these little cookie turnovers that were filled with peaches. The rye is sour, seeded well and oh so good. Alligator rolls are hard to find and these were made well with the little tang of sweet on the top. The cuccudati, well I could go on and on however I will say that they were perfect because they were cut from a roll log as opposed to being made into smaller cookies. Much more heavenly fig filling! The peach cookies had me a little confused at first. I'm currently having a problem tasting salt. My first bite had me thinking that maybe salt was lacking. By the time I polished off my third cookie I knew these were perfect! The dough is delicate and soft. Perfect amount of filling. Took me back to my childhood. A great visit. Looking forward to returning for more treats."

"Good and bad. Kaitlyn is always in such a good mood and makes the best subs. She's so kind. There was also a guy who doesn't know his name today. I was there at 1230. This is the second time I saw him there and both times he was rude. Never smiles and feels like you're disturbing him. He should not be in the food industry if he cannot be pleasant. He could have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol... Things fall, mumbling and leaning."

"After moving into the area, Nonna?s was the next pizzeria to try out. The order was promised in 25 minutes and they held up to that promise as it was ready when we were there to pick it up in exactly 25 minutes. The pizza looked like it was just going to be average tasting. However, this pizza really surprised me and is one of the better ones I?ve had in all of WNY. We also tried the medium wings. The wings were cooked to perfection. I?m a stickler for good blue cheese. I for one didn?t care for their blue cheese. However, my daughter said it was the best blue cheese she?s ever had. So I guess you?ll just have to try it out for yourself and develop your own opinion. We will definitely be back here."
