"From start to finish Sheesh was pure class. The moment my son drove me through those beautiful commanding gates we were made to feel special. Welcomed by a car valet, he took the keys and kindly parked our car amidst the sea of super cars already there. Walking through the grounds to the restaurant I was gob smacked before I even started to eat! Such beauty, such opulence, giant bronzed animals showing us the way to the restaurant. Sheesh is massive. Upstairs was cabaret night and what a show, it was mesmerising. Dancers, DJ, all genres of singers from Jazz, Opera, to Funky House commanded the stage. The audience was full of beautiful people yet the show was so intimate, you felt the performance was for you alone. Sipping cocktails getting lost in music it was time to eat. Wow! I can’t tell you enough how incredible the food is, like literally on another level. I had the lamb which just melted in my mouth, my taste buds will never be the same again due to the black truffled chips, they literally killed it! OMG are you serious! I loved the fact that people were so vocal about how good the food was, it put a smile on my face, they were damn right echoing my thoughts. I sipped a nice glass of bubbly topped with strawberry and that was me. Content. My son wanted me to indulge in some pudding but I was beat, so was he but he was going innn tonight, and succumbed to the most beautiful strawberry plate ... game over! Unreal. Obviously I shared some. Thank you to Sheesh for the ultimate foodie paradise experience, thank you to my son for spoiling his mumma�"

"First time here. Really pleasant little cafè. Had a light lunch, good size portion, not at all expensive. Really enjoyed it, definitely will go back next time i pass through Epping at lunch."

"The fact that it was empty on a Saturday night should have been our get out quick card. Other than the lovely decor and our sweet waitress that were the only two good points. The food was actually beyond awful, fish that was inedible because it was so full of bones.Samphire that was chewy (a first for me!! A burger that was raw in the middle even after being sent back to be recooked. If you can’t get a simple burger right well I guess that says it all. Stone cold French fries. The list goes on. Will not be returning. If I could have given no stars I would have. Felt sorry for the waitress that couldn’t have been any more apologetic even though it was not her fault."

"Amazing Mother’s Day dinner! With a fresh refurb the place has a lovely warm feel to it with great views over the water. The highlight without a doubt though was the food, which is possibly the best pub food I’ve enjoyed for quite some time. Huge perfectly cooked roast dinner and succulent steaks were all just perfect and so tasty, as were the desserts. It is on the pricier side, but great value given the quality."

"Had a lovely afternoon sitting on the garden terrace overlooking the lake enjoying a lovely afternoon tea with my friend. Sandwiches were lovely, so much that we asked for more which was not a problem. The scones and the little cakes were gorgeous. Service was excellent. Weather was superb making sitting outside a treat. We walked around the grounds afterwards and saw black swans, sheep and alpacoes. Definitely going to visit again."

"Had a really enjoyable evening last night the filet steak as always very good and excellent cooked. what makes this special miller and carter is the wonderful waiting staff. especially our fabulous waitress julie. she was exceptional and attentive and so very friendly. they made our visit even more pleasant."

"We were the only outside diver and the staff clearly forgot. we eat around 19.10 and around 19.40 our tellers were not yet cleared and no one had asked if we need more drinks or the dessert menu. we sent our eldest son to ask for the bill he himself brought out. no one asked if we enjoyed our meal. eating was nice, but service was shocking. would definitely not go back there or recommend to anyone."
