"I work at panera in lincoln, and I know that one of our main mottos is, always big customers with a smile, but today only about 2 hours to 1 hour, I was greeted with an rude expression, I tried to go by and remain optimistic. I've commanded mine, and I said I could wait for the cinnamon. I went into the window, got the rest of my order and someone else had got the rolls, the people are great, but if I decided to order a smoothie and cookies to go with my order, the same person asked above, if I come back for the croissants, I did not order croissants. but I just remained optimistic and said I didn't order croissants, then when I finished my second order, he went for the pager, and my "panera worker" stepped in, I said: "This is a order to go so I don't need the pager" in and then he snapped "don't tell me how to do my ok job"? I was perhaps speechless, but it's just that exact moment stuck, I'm sorry if I was exaggerated, everyone else was great, they even talked to me about adapting the smoothie through indecent lack. but I can't think of anything other than the second order. at the moment I felt depressed about it. long story short, at this moment I was reminded of the hard way why our most important mottos is, always big customers with a smile"

"Walked into Outback after a day of traveling, hungry, tired, and thirsty; looking forward to Outback after leaving Miami 13 yrs ago. 28 degrees in Clifton Hill, Niagara. No AC in the restaurant. Only 2 other couples in the restaurant. Only a greeter present, no waitress to be found and nothing on the menu under 40 dollars, come on Outback, you can do better!!"

"Usually pretty good. Chicken could be cooked a little crisper in my opinion. Turn the oil up. Thus night they were struggling. Took 20 minutes in the drive through. There was 4 employees just standing at the drive through, so was not an employee shortage. You cook one thing... chicken... should not take that long to frie up 12 pieces of chicken."

"For the first time in a bed for dinner after having stopped eating lunch and glad that I went. Food quality is still well ordered rubber bears and the gnocchi and highly recommend both. corn brot for the table was very delicious."

"This place is elegant. I was a little worried because there were no cars in the parking lot but it turned out to be an excellent place. The food was excellent and so was the staff. When you walk in the first thing you see are the tables that are all decked out very nicely. I loved it!"
