"Update: Admittedly, I was very pleasantly surprised by the owner's reaction to my recession. This was very professional, which is not always the case. It doesn't really matter whether there were 100 or 170 people present. Nor what I or my son paid for the tickets. Unfortunately it was really that expensive, but that may have been due to the external ticket marketer used. I wish the entire team more routine and much success for such events in the future. As already said, it is a good marketing concept, which not everyone can offer due to the space required. Since, in my opinion, a reasonable reaction to a not-so-good review is part of good service, I'm happy to add 2 stars to the service. Went to the musical dinner. Ticket prices are over €130, so you're expecting something. It is clear that the organizer has to take into account and that the musicians do not play for free. But the fact that there weren't even a few parsley flakes or something similar in the soup is pretty weak. The accompanying bread came after I had already eaten the soup. The main course of the 3-course menu included in the price consisted of a chicken steak, 2 pieces of broccoli, a few potatoes and some sauce. The taste is completely ok. but here too there was a lack of loving arrangement. Dessert consisted of a piece of cake. It was also tasty but the appearance followed previous experiences. However, I can live with all of these small drawbacks; after all, an estimated 80 to 100 people had to be fed. But what didn't work at all was the service. It took almost 45 minutes before we could place a drink order. That only worked because we caught a waiter running past. The second drink worked reasonably well, although there was a long wait. That's it. We were allowed to spend the last 2 hours of the event without drinks (including the dry consumption of the dessert already described). But the empty plates were on the table almost until the end. Incomprehensible, even that evening the boss often sits at one of the tables and is well served by the staff. As an owner, shouldn't you also pay attention to things like this? After all, you can generate so much sales. Normally I don't leave an event like this for less than €50 for drinks (2 people). So it was only €20. And dissatisfied guests who don't come back don't necessarily make for good advertising... But it wasn't all bad! The actors and singers really put a lot of effort into it. Your professional appearance saved our evening. As already mentioned, the food was good, just a bit too poor for the total price paid. I hope the staff gets some training, after all they can benefit from it (tips). I would like to tell the boss that his guiding hand and overview are needed at such an event. The event definitely has potential! Only when guests experience this as a real experience will they be thrilled. And only enthusiastic guests come back."
