"Nice house, good kitchen and glassware. on the same plate, both flavors and seasoning shortages?! portions accordingly. a selection of generous wines (perfects for whites). the dish (biche) is served without the cooking booster requested: we eat in the taste of the chef .. after the first entry, we are required to keep the same knife for the second (crustaceans then fish, not too serious except on principle). Idem for the dish! fish and game: I refuse and the boss tells me that this is the custom of the house!? custom? ? unacceptable !!! the concept of service is moved to a so-called gastronomic establishment. And yet, we pay for it! the coldness to us the rest of the meal. Unconscious. overall we ate well despite one or another weakness. but the knives incident reveals a major deficiency in the exercise of the service. we will not put our feet on it: there are other excellent restaurants around where we are shocked, since the addition we pay gives us reason. the caroline garden with a blanket ... cover that we will no longer leave!"
