"We were guests staying at the JW hotel. We had reservations to be seated at 8, and were promptly seen to a table. The waiter greeted us and asked for our drink orders, which we gave. 30 minutes later still not water, drinks, etc. The waiter returned and we asked again for the drinks, water and even placed a food order. 15 minutes we walked out because we were famished and still had not even received water."

"This is my favorite Italian spot in Kenosha and I've never had a dish I didn't like. Their attention to detail and quality doesn't go unnoticed. Not to mention the red sauce is delicious, flavorful and understated, but in the best way possible. My favorite dish is the stuffed chicken caprese with butternut squash risotto. They have a great selection of wine with an amazing wait staff that is attentive and friendly. This place is a must try... once a week!"

"If you are thinking about working OR eating here don't. I'm a former employee and in my 14 years of service industry experience and my 17 years of work experience this was the worst place I've ever worked. Not only is the environment extremely toxic but it's insanely micromanaged. Nearly everyone I worked with seemed to have the title of manager. I was having an issue with another employee constantly talking negatively about me to customers and employees and taking my tips so I reported it to the GM Tiffany and requested to no longer work with her. For three weeks I continued to work with her every single shift so I stopped going in and told HR (Tracie) that I would not be coming back until the situation was addressed properly. She responded right away stating she would talk with the GM Tiffany and get things sorted out. Two days later she emailed me letting me know that I voluntarily quit since I did not show up for work twice without saying anything and never addressed the situation about the employee I was working with.As for the food someone said something negative about the brunch a few days ago. Doesn't surprise me because they keep reusing the bacon until it's gone. Longest I've seen the bacon get stretched was 4 weeks. Everything else was super cheap food that the employees could eat after brunch ended. All of the bartenders also don't know what basic hygiene is. No hand washing, using the same dirty rags to clean the tables and bar tops, long fake nails and so on."

"We went to dinner on 11/22/19. I got the beer battered fish and my wife got the coconut shrimp. Both meals were great you cannot go wrong with fish on Friday in Wisconsin. My fish was cooked perfectly. The fish was flakey and not oily. Great flavor. My wife and I have been going there for 18 years. They are celebrating 25 years in business. The food is very good. The wood fire pizza is my favorite. My wife got the Cowboy Chicken Wrap. The service was fast and friendly."

"This pizza looked so good I remembered to take a picture after eating half. I ordered a cheddar/mozzarella cheese mix with garlic pepper in the sauce and it was wonderful to the taste buds. The pizza was done to specifications and hot. Here?s what I was able to capture."
