"So far it was the best culinary experience we had since the move to Colorado. The food was not exactly my style, but it was still very impressive and my Gf absolutely loved it. Our server Taylor was amazing, the private dining area was perfect and the atmosphere was all you could hope for. We will definitely be back in late autumn or winter to enjoy the view and experience again!"

"On a visit to Longmont to this place. The reviews for the baked goods are exactly what I was looking for on Sunday morning. Yes, they are expensive for Colorado standards (previously a lot with Tartine in SF?Quality and price wise). I was told somewhat politely that dogs in the bakery are not allowed what I understand for food (which I obviously did not want). For walking up/going orders I really do not see why they are not allowed. Your outdoor seats are dog-friendly I?d suspect? but perhaps wrong. I would like to come back before I go, but I'm just not really excited about the support of companies that have a very outspoken no-dogs policy. Update is based on the owner's answer: I had no intention to eat and made a purchase by the separate entrance. No matter, thank you for your detailed explanation and answer."

"Took my parents out to dinner. Food was good. Artichoke was over oiled. Very greasy. But the main dishes were great! Homemade pasta and great sauces. Shrimp scampi wasn’t too greasy. Desserts were great. They were out of all non alcoholic beverages besides soda which was disappointing and the ambiance was cafeteria style and they sat us super close together with other tables even though there wasn’t many people in the restaurant. So it felt crowded and a little uncomfortable. The service was decent"

"This place is amazing. I've been looking for real southern style barbecue everywhere in Colorado since I moved here and this is the most authentic I've had by a landslide. The ribs literally fell off the bone every time I picked a bone out the rack. The brisket on the Matt Sandwich as well was very tender and full on flavor. Sauces vary well, whether you want a sweet hickory or a good spice, they are anything, but bland, and rich in taste as each individually taste different. Sides as well are plentiful in selection. I had the cheesy corn, cornbread and a nice twist on tradition by having a chipotle potato salad. As minor as it may seem to others, the most impressive thing I found was brewed sweet tea. No where will offer you an authentic sweet tea like this that isn't full of just plain sugar. I can't wait to try the rest. If you haven't had The Rib House, you're missing out."
