"We’ve stayed here last week. The resort was beautiful, especially the gardens and pool areas at both the Rotana and the Finca. All the staff was very professional and friendly, they have us really great advice for the beaches. The room was really clean and well prepared. Great service, thanks to all and thanks to Jocelyne, Ainhoa and Trini for the hospitality."

"Do not eat here. No table service when we sat down. Waited 20 mins to order drinks. And another 15 for them to arrive. Ordered 8 meals 4 kids and 4 adults. The grilled salmon was cold and soggy obviously been sat around for a while and not freshly grilled. My burger arrived still mooing. I like my meat rare but at least show it the grill. I ate some of it not wanting to make a fuss im on holiday too) but i couldn't eat it all. It was actually cold in the middle. The other burger ordered was cooked but not to a a satisfactory standard. I Spoke to a member of staff who admitted it wasnt the first burger sent back that day for the same reason. I asksed for one of the drinks to be taken off the bill €4.95) only to be confronted by the female manager with a face like thunder. She processed to argue that she had asked if everything was ok and that we had said yes. ..... at this time one of her staff was dealing with the issue and i felt no need to complain to the management as the staff where sorting the issue. She then went on to shout at me and my wife about how i wasnt going to pay the bill. I was happy to pay minus the beer. We left after paying the bill but it left a bitter taste to an already repulsive meal . Needless to say we wont be revisiting this establishment i suggest you dont either."

"We arrived just as the queuing system started for tables, this works well but although we were first in the queue as 2 tables came free, the waiter insisted that we take the 2nd to be cleared. We had to wait a long time for our order to be taken, the menu is very basic, not what you’d expect from a decent beach establishment in Mallorca, the food is overpriced but as it is the only place near the beach they have a captive audience, I don’t expect that they look for repeat business. The food arrived fairly quickly but was only average. The beach itself is pretty good, not the best that we’ve visited brut if you do go, I’d suggest bringing a packed lunch."

"I already knew this manacor/restaurant bar because I had visited it on other occasions, eating at noon or having coffee several times. This time I was with friends to celebrate an anniversary and it was great all: the attention of the waiters/owners, the food (from menu to a super economic price) excellent and super abundant, the environment and everything in general. It's the best thing in the area. I repeat for sure and recommend it for sure."
