"We had booked with stone and half board holiday without drinks. we were the only guests for breakfasts and dinners for a week and on this side they were very correct, however they did not accept to serve lunches while contractually it was planned. The food was correct for a canteen, but when you pay 34 € per person out of drink, you expect something more refined and a more elaborate card when you have customers in half board. On the first night we had taken a 50cl of rosé for more than 14€ what seemed too expensive to me, the next day we took just a drink each at 3€ the glass and the waitress presented me an invoice of 10€ about which I asked for explanations, and here is the explanation of the price of the wines, in fact on the 2 evenings, we had taken in dessert the coffee desserts that made part of our coffee not beautiful the life of restaurant boss... in a bad faith at all times, for this mosor the gourmet coffee without coffee becomes a gourmet but on the card it was the gourmet coffee that was featured. Another misadventure, the frozen fries were horrible, so I wanted the gratin of potatoes with my hamburger, oh that néni, we don't change the hamburger filling, while for the other meats it was garnish to the choice. Stone and holiday cottages, smoke this place, there are lots of restaurants around. I understood that this mosieur had just taken over this restaurant and that it was not necessary to take into account the bad comments obtained by his predecessor, well, he went wrongly this psychorigid boy."

"This restaurant has been a steadfast of the port for many years. We had a lovely table overlooking the water for a birthday dinner. The €44 seafood menu has remained the same for the years we have visited it. However Monday night the restaurant was...busy and lively but the waiters were run off their feet and the service was very slow. The menu offers 5 starters. It does not detail them but states 3 cold and 2 hot . This means extra work to create and deliver all to the tables. And indeed we waited ages and ages. The warm starters were whitebait and fish bisque. Both very filling and frankly would have been enough on their own and 3 types of bread were also served. We had to ask repeatedly for second servings of wine. I never got the requested ice cubes Mains of the fish of the day and steak when they finally arrived were delicious but we were beginning to lose the will to live and eat by then. We declined the cheese and desert and left feeling grumpy that a potentially fun evening had been spoilt by the hold up either due to staff shortage or kitchen crisis. Perhaps the restaurant needs to review the menu to take account of the changes wreaked by the pandemic. I’d start by listing the 5 starters and leaving the customer to chose 1 of the5 thereby reducing the labour substantially. Recent reviews which I wish I’d read before visiting suggest there is a problem which needs addressed."

"A place that was formerly for our family (for 30 years) we stopped to see how it stopped. the man at the entrance went after us in an angry flu that asked what we did in the lobby as the people “at restaurant.” I reacted nicely to the fact that it was a special place where I only wanted to show my local friend and talk about our memories. no tension to enter the dining room. his maniacs were aggressive and treated us as if we were “not belonging”. it looks like this translates too many other reviews into the dining room."
