"Tucson has plenty of fine resorts, and I've stayed at most of them. The Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain is my runaway favorite. They manage to impress in every way. The entire staff does everything possible to make guests feel welcomed and appreciated. That goes for everybody from housekeeping to maintenance to the front desk and everybody else. This alone would be reason enough to stay there. But it's far from the only reason. The property is hidden in a scenic mountainous area. Fantastic hiking trails are just steps away. Walk a few hundred yards, and you'll be in the pristine Sonoran wilderness. No other resort in Tucson has comparable trails right on the property. You can hike, bike, and explore as much or as little as you wish. If pure leisure is your thing, they have two great pools: One with a nice slide for kids and one mainly for adults. You can pay extra for a day pass to their adults-only spa if you want privacy. It's an unparalleled luxury and pampering with a beautiful infinity pool. You are probably reading this because you are wondering whether to stay there. Here are a few caveats to keep in mind. The best and worst thing about this resort is that it's far from everything. Unless you drive 20-30 minutes, your dining options are limited to the restaurants on the property. These restaurants are excellent but pricey. The resort is family-oriented. You will see lots of families with small children. If you're looking for a Vegas-style pool party or a venue for a bachelorette weekend, this probably isn't your scene. (For that, I recommend the JW Marriott at Star Pass. They have a deejay at their pool. The noise/action at the JW is 24/7). Finally, you'll have to do a lot of driving if you want your stay in Tucson to include some of the area's main attractions (Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park East and West, Old Tucson, or the Desert Museum). If your time in Tucson is limited and these worthwhile attractions will take up the bulk of your days, you may want to choose a more convenient location. If none of the above caveats apply, experiencing the Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain will bring you pure joy. You might fall in love with the place! But beware: Once you've stayed here, you may not be satisfied with any other resort in Tucson or anywhere else."

"I recently had a verbal problem on the subway in Lambert and La Canada, on the 3rd September, this last Monday... when I and my friend went to this place, we had the most beautiful time ever... especially for me, I lived in the area a few years ago, and it brings me joy and happiness to this place for my lunch, also the staff treated my friend and I with great RESPECT, and was really nice to my friend and I. I know based on the experience there that they are pet-friendly as long as they are service dogs. I recommend customers to ratify or visit this site more often if you have a subway franchise/location... Great location and personnel."

"This was absolutely the worst Dickey's I've ever been to. Horrible customer service bordering on just plain rude. My (3) meats were supposed to be sliced but it was all chopped up then put in the container mixed together. Meat was greasy. The baked beans were dry and the potato casserole bordered on rotten. I asked the girl if they had the cheese and chives to put on top like every location I've ever been to does. She said we don't have that here! I would not recommend this location. On top of all this it was a dirty store. I thought about asking for my money back. Wished I would have."
