"Sunday afternoon, starved. On the line for a while, they sold the last pre-assembled Ham and Cheese Baguette to the man before me. When I asked about one, they hurried and pointed at the Mozzarella Baguette? I took it, and...then they put it in the grill/salamander for what seemed like an hour, and when I finally got it, it was too hot for what seemed like an additional hour to eat, and the heating did nothing to improve the sandwich, except it was hard to make bread fluff and bite cheese. There were two women behind the counter, one in the back kitchen, and a girl running plates outside, a lot of staff to lead a counter sandwich course with limited offers."
