"I went into the Nerang subway on a Friday night. Was very busy so once I got up to the counter to do my order was greeted by a very rude young girl. I asked if I could use a voucher I had received and with a rude reply she said no and when I said oh why’s that she said that’s the Carrara store we are in Nerang and rolled her eyes. I brushed it off and started to tell her my order. I then noticed a big black hair in the teriyaki chicken so I told her it was there and asked if I could please have a different batch of chicken.. she grabbed it and threw it away and got another girl to finish off my order as she obviously didn’t want to continue with it. Not so much as an apology! I was taken back by how rude all the 3 young girls that had been working that night all were. No apology or acknowledgement just rolled eyes and crappy attitude. Plus the subs that we got were not nice at all!! Will not go back or recommend"

"Went in with my 4 year old daughter and ordered a Coffee, banana bread and a babycino .... surprised at the total only being $8, it turns out that the babycino is free with any coffee purchase. And not only was it free it came with 2 marshmellows, a packet of smarties and a macron !! Outstanding, I will be back."

"New owners Aaron and Sarah we have been dining at this restaurant for years. Great Italian food. So last night we tried the new Pagliacci and we were not disappointed the food absolutely delicious the service and staff terrific. Highly recommend and we will be back"

"Tried today for first time Tuesday 9th feb 21)through the uber eats app basically housebound so don't get out to actual store) ordered 2 basic hamburgers large chips was not disappointed at all. Definitely will be ordering again may give other items on menu a go as well. Also good to support a local business instead of the usual big franchises."
