"The service was very on point, no waiting or asking for anything. The food was something else altogether. We ordered the garlic mushrooms as a starter and they where delicious. We then got the fillet as a main and asked for it med to rare and it just melted in your mouth it was that perfect. The desert was amazing the raspberry and chocolate cake. The atmosphere was so relaxing and enjoyable it was honestly then best Saturday night as a couple. Then again anytime I have been there it has been great."

"Great coffee shop with outdoor seating in Newtownards. They have a hot food menu, traybakes and also sell bags of coffee. The main room has a beautiful plastered ceiling, they have art on the walls for sale and the whole place has a relaxing atmosphere."

"I had a lovely meal on Friday night we hadn't booked but arrived early at 5:45 and was told we could have the table until 7:30 when they needed it for a reservation . Chowder was delicious and the fish goujons were scrummy . My guests had pork belly not my favourite but they thought it was great and not too fatty. It's been years since I was last there but well worth the return visit"

"This is a little gem of a place on the shores of Strangford Lough. The coffee shop which sits next to the main restaurant has a small menu of breakfast/brunch/lunch options. They have GF bread and can make you up sandwiches or toasties. They also have a good selection of gf traybakes. The toastie was delicious and packed full. It came with a lovely side salad. The restaurant next door, Daft Eddy’s has a good selection of GF food and the staff are knowledgeable about Celiacs."
