"Another delightful lunch visit to Coq Bull! Ultra courteous service throughout our visit. Excellent variety on menu . . . it really was difficult to make a final choice! Food was absolutely delicious. We sat outside on the covered patio it was simply beautiful. Clandeboye Lodge is a real gem."

"If you every want a delicious sandwich without the hassle of making it this is the place to go. The filling choices are excellent. Great fresh thickly sliced bread. Phone ahead to collect or order at the counter. They have pre chosen selections or you can leave it to your imagination. Some difficulty parking outside so I recommend phoning ahead or have someone with you in the car who can move if a traffic warden appears. Great value for money. A definite pleasure boost in a busy day. Recommend salad, ham, Brie and sun blushed tomatoes on whole meal bread."

"6 of us young at heart girlie's recently had afternoon tea. Beautifully presented, delicious food. Very tasty sandwiches, prawns in Marie Rose sauce on dainty bread, mini sausage rolls, mini scones and sweet treats. Tea and coffee aplenty. Very reasonable and Highly recommended."

"Unusual tapas and cocktails. a winning combination. the menu is now smaller than it is used, and some of our favourite dishes have been dropped. it is good to try out different things and it is better to change than to stale. even though that doesn't stop me missing those dishes."
