"Loved our visit coffee was great, my plum slice VERY large but yummy and the Black Forest Gateau was delicious. The family are such good hosts so feel as though you are in their home. Sour dough bread also great"

"So yummy. The sausage roll was cooked to perfection and my partners sandwich looked very full and healthy :p not expensive, prices were fair and the quality of the bread was top notch. Recommend the pizza bread and any of the loafs"

"Recently went to the Criterion on the Monday afternoon of the long weekend in NZ. A local put myself and 6 of my mates from Oz onto the pub.....what a great bloke. Had the best time....the Manager, Sue, is a gem...what a great night ! The drinks and food were excellent. If the steak I had was a woman.....I would have married it ! Big Tick !"

"It was hard to choose a bakery to stop on our way through oamaru. there are some great options on Google cards. I'm glad we chose delectables. the cakes we bought were amazing and simply had the best baked all the time. the south island has consistently good tore and this is an example of the best. the young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. she made an excellent coffee, she stopped her. If you're a Pipi tourist like me, that's important."
