"Food is greatwhen they are open. I have been coming here for several weeks now around five and they have always been “closed due to shortage of staff”. Not sure if that’s an excuse and they are closing, but they are never open anymore. I give up on trying to come here again."

"$17 $16.93 to be exact after taxes) for a Patty Melt with Fry's and one sauce that comes with burnt Toast. When I asked why it was burnt I was told that is how its made. Lady that was was running the front end was very kind and did say if I didn't like it like that I could bring it back which was nice. Unfortunately this will more than likely be my last time at this place due to how expensive everything is and the bang for your buck factor.Edit: To the owner that replied. You don't need to make toast black to make it crispy because it's white bread nor have I ever been anywhere where a patty melts bread are done to that point but to each of their own. Enjoy the extra star for being so kind as to offer a refund."
