"We went there last Friday without knowing the principle and the resto and we were welcomed, and well explained! Level location, ambience and decor we didn't find it right! But the food remains correct ... ; fries really good and pizza very mellow and well garnished ! But the burgers I really didn't like! Much too crispy bread that makes it more to think of an overcooked baguette that comes out of the norm unlike roasted and slightly sweet brioches, lack of sauce and the steak that did not find ouf despite the large size lacks juice/grass, fades and scares too much in the mouth for my part. Still a good and enjoyable restaurant to visit with family but it's still a restaurant I won't put in my list of my favorites."

"Esat that offers a very good restaurant. very tasteful and beautifully erect dishes. service by the customers of the esat carries a little more. We live in a good half hour's drive, but it doesn't prevent us from eating there from time to time."

"Perfect crust, distinct and vibrant colours, precise craftsmanship, fresh produce, flavours ticks all the boxes and a service that makes you wanna come back or keep you wanting to return to Pertuis for a pizza from Marcou.I must honestly say that the pizza I ate there is one of my all-time top 5. It had everything a pizza should have. The service was impeccable.All that can be faulted is the look in the restaurant itself. Looks like a milkshake bar. Except for that it gets a 5 on everything. Never in my life have I ever had a better bang for my buck when it comes to Pizza. It was outrageous how cheap it was, compared to the quality and experience they give you. I payed between 8-11 euros for large size pizza (don't remember, don't get mad) but I'd gladly pay 17-20 euros for that pizza. I will eat there again when I go to France. That is a fact! You should too! Best Pizza I tasted during my 3 weeks in Provence at that time.Kind regardsA wine aficionado"

"Suite à des recherches sur internet lors de notre passage sur Pertuis, nous avons décider de tester ce petit restaurant au nom rigolo et au concept innovant : Cuisson à la vapeur, réalisation des plats avec des produits frais et locaux, plats servis dans des barquettes (possibilité d'emporter les plats). Tous nos sens sont en éveil! La déco est sympa et j'ai adoré celle des WC!! Un seul bémol, j'ai commandé un Perrier rondelle et il m'a été servis un verre d'eau pétillante avec une rondelle.. J'aurai préféré une 1/2 bouteille d'eau pétillante. Bravo pour le yaourt crémeux à la vanille!!!Mais sans hésitez nous y retournerons"
