"During a day tour of the Sacred Valley, our guide Oda Seedhouse of Vegetarian Peru took us here for lunch. She's German as well as the owner of Ulrike's although they lived in Peru for over years. I eat a vegan diet (my wife...vegetarian) and they had something great for both of us as well as for those who eat meat/fish. The place is clean and cherry with a very friendly vibe."

"I've lived in Pisac for a few years and Ulrike's has always been a great place for our friends in the village to get together and to meet new people. Since Tim the new chef came on board the food has has more vegetarian and vegan options which is great. You can also now get coffee with nut milk with is awesome. I love the veggie burger and the vegetable curry. They also have 2 different wifi services so when one is down you can jump on the other one this is GREATLY appreciated in Pisac. And they are ALWAYS open, 7 days a week with reliable times. Even when the power is out or there is no water in the village, we can rely on Ulrike's being open!! The only downfall is occasionally the service is not super great, it can be a bit hit or miss. Updated from previous review on 2017-06-30"

"This is the place to eat on Sundays in Pisac. The food is all yummy. I personally especially like the spring rolls and the gado gado sauce, which is Indonesian peanut sauce. In the suishi choices, I prefer the kimchi one. Make sure you try...it with the peanut sauce. Oh, and if it's on offer, make sure you try the lemonade, and the sweets. My favorite is the chocolate with peanut butter. Oh, how I wish I had some of it right now ;"
