"The coveted run-down-but-safe feeling is something a place earns, not creates. Love the feeling of the place. The food is cooked PROPERLY!!! 1. My toast actually had butter and was still warm. 2. The French toast recipe is delicious. Thin white bread, perfectly soaked and grilled, wonderful balance of butter, cinnamon, vanilla and powdered sugar on top. 3. Eggs over easy were completely cooked on the outside, unbroken, and the yolk was still liquid and warm. That is a skill lost on most diner grill cooks. Bravo! 4. my bacon was cooked soft as I requested it. MMM 5. Saff is attentive without being obtrusive and everyone had a smile for me. Thank you!"

"Our first time here we eat their delicious soups: New England clam chowder and seafood Chowder Crab cake, Scallops and Grouper were our most important courses and we were not disappointed. We received generous portions of seafood and delicious seafood at reasonable prices. I recommend this restaurant. Pleasant, NJ"

"Your reservation site should be updated. I made a reservation at Arugalal in Brick and when I got there they were closed because they changed locations. I shouldn't be able to make reservations at a restaurant that isn't open for business"

"Top tier Italian joint best in the area In my opinion best make a reservation early otherwise you might miss out. Cozy atmosphere and a warm greeting from the owner not minutes before you sit down really makes you feel at home. Focaccia is amazing and the bread and olive oil is addicting but please save room for your mains I'm begging you. Salads are fresh and well dressed (ceasar was delicious). Mains are amazing I've tried many and have never been disappointed the gnocchi was 10/10 and the seafood ravioli blew my mind. Big portions so prepare to take some home unless you share (for a fee). BYOB so grab your favorite wine and stop by this amazing place"
