"Eine Hütte direkt am See und einen Grill, mehr bedarf es nicht. Hier gibt es unter der Woche meist ab 12 Uhr leckeren Stockfisch. Ich liebe die Chiemseerenke und einen leckeren Kartoffelsalat dazu, was will man mehr.Es gibt aber auch alternativ kalte Fischspezialitäten. Der fisch ist natürlich aus eigenem Fang.. Die Hütte ist innen klein und sehr gemütlich. Der Biergarten lädt zum Verseilen ein mit Blick auf den See. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und es gibt neben dem traditionellen Bier auch eine schöne Auswahl an Weißweinen. Auch wenn die Hütte recht versteckt liegt, sollte man zeitig da sein, denn das Lokal ist bei den Einheimischen recht beliebt und wenn der Fang aufgebraucht ist, dann ist halt auch kein Nachschub mehr da. Für mich ist der Besuch des Winklsfischers immer ein echtes Higlight."

"Burgers, fish, soups, etc. regional and tasty! The Bistro Prien now offers burgers, fish, soups, pommes, salads and desserts to eat on site or take away. The Burgerbuns and Saucen are homemade according to the very friendly service as all foods there, the ingredients of the dishes are as far as possible regional and from the area. The burgers have tasted very well, they were refined and ingenious (grilled vegetables and Cheddar sauce). The selection in the counter was large, there are various local beers. Prices are absolutely reasonable. We like to come back!"
