"Had an absolute great authentic Greek meal. Reasonably priced and good servings. The girl serving us made it seem like it was an inconvenience to her. We had to chase her up when we wanted a drink and paid little attention to checking if we...wanted anything. When I asked for desert and coffee menu at 8.30 she said she turned the coffee machine off so she wouldn't have to hang around. No offer of desert. What a pity when the chef did such a good job."

"Sometimes going Simple can be a good thing. I usually have the tendency of picking odd dishes or meals that have that “Je ne sais pas”..... catchy something about them. This time I decided to get their: Two Poached Eggs, Organic Sourdough, House-made spicy mango...Chutney. *The hero of this simple dish was the Spicy Mango Chutney, hands down. The portion of the Chutney may look small, but it was just the right amount. Because of Sydney’s current unpredictable weather, I went with their Mint cucumber soda. Wow was it refreshing! Let’s not forget the reason why I have breakfast... THE COFFEE. Of course I went with the Flat white, strong and Large cup of coffee. A SPECIAL THANK YOU to the young lady who was soooo friendly and attentive. I didn’t catch her name but she only works 1 or 2 days a week. He service was incredible. She would walk around with a big smile topping up people’s water. She’s certainly a keeper. Thank you again."

"This little vintage knick knack, hole-in-wall cafe will always surprise you. The menu was VERY extensive, all the food ordered was drool-worthy. In particular we loved the Sweet Potato Hash, but bring your appetite with you, because the serving was HUGE!! Our waitress was super friendly recommended we try the Turmeric Latte, which was a real taste sensation. The other drink I would highly recommend was the Matcha Chai Latte, a brilliant fusion of two foodie favourites. Can't wait to return here :"

"We came here for a pre dinner drink and snack. The staff are very cool add casual and the share plates are great. We had the cheese plate for $18 and it had 2/4 cheeses and condiments. Will be back!"

"Went here with a group of friends for a Lebanese Banquet, it was $35 for pita bread, babaghanoush, hummus, lady fingers, tabouli, lamb kofta, falafel, beef, vine leaves, coffee and dessert (turkish delight and baklava. Great value! The food overall was pretty good, lady fingers were bit oily. It seems it's been made earlier and ready for the take away customers rather than freshly made. Baklava was particularly nice. They also allow BYO with no corkage fee. It's not the most attractive restaurant but cheap and cheerful.

The ambience is great and definitely creates a world that is a long way reomoved from the noisy and shadowy Cleveland street it sits on.
