"For a taste of Greece (without having to fly there , look no further than Zeus Street Greek. I loved walking into the Rosebery restaurant and seeing an authentic spit roast with meats sizzling and cooking away, leaving a mouthwatering aroma in the room. <br/ <br/ I ordered the BYO (Build Your Own Spartan box where you choose your items to make up your meal, 140grams of meat off the spit (I chose lamb, can 't have Greek food without a bit of lamb , with my two sides (aegan slaw and village green salad and chose of dip, I chose the beetroot hummous. The meat was beautifully marinated in herbs and spices, slightly pink on the middle, and tender and juicy to bite into. The salads were fresh and tasty, the perfect accompaniment.<br/ <br/ My dining partner ordered the 'From the Spit ' meal which included 200g of flame-grilled meat (chicken with tzatziki, lemon pita bread. The chicken was a generous size, and was marinated and well seasoned, again, juicy inside, a chicken dinner winner. <br/ In terms of sides, we couldn 't resist ordering a side of the grilled Cypriot halloumi cheese served with lemon and oregano (excellent cheese, can 't say no to grilled cheese! and another side of pita bread.<br/ <br/ One thing to note is that the dips that come with these meals are very small pots, I didn 't know that they would be such small pots of dip which is why I ordered another side of bread. The dip is just enough to go onto perhaps 1-2 quartered slices of pita (just a warning .<br/ <br/ I have been to Greece before, and the food here is just as good as some of the dishes I 've had there. I 'm looking forward to my next visit to try more dishes off their menu! And as for a chain, well, I 'm glad that they have several locations in Sydney!<br/ <br/ Note: I dined as a guest of Zeus Street Greek"

"I haven't been here since the Kitchen by Mike days so it was nice to come back and see how it all turned out. I found it difficult to choose from so many appealing breakfast options, but I went with the corn fritters and it was a great choice. Perfectly poached eggs, two plump fritters, an amazing salad, labne (I thought it was a herb aioli: delicious), and a mound of avocado purée. A generous serve and I didn't need lunch. Two very good coffees as well. The menu is a bit pricey so I wouldn't be going here often, and the parking is still a nightmare, but it was a lovely morning and a peaceful spot in a busy location."

"Really yummy, perfect little pastries. This french cafe does amazing bread, sandwiches, tarts and all sorts of french pastries. My favourites are the Salted Caramel Tart & the pastry with the tiny chocolate drops in it.. I forget it's proper name. The Chicken Sandwich is fantastic & so is pretty much everything I've eaten there. Highly recommended."

"Decided to try this restaurant on a walk around the neighbourhood, and was so glad to have eaten here. The restaurant has a family-owned, family-run vibe, so you get excellent service. I had the souvlaki skewers, and the lamb was so soft it was very easy to eat. Many places can be guilty of overcooking the meat but not here. You get alot of meat and chips so make sure you order some salad and dips.<br/>I had loukomades for dessert and these are hand made and were so soft. If driving by stop there you wont be disappointed"

"Absolutely love this place in a quiet spot surrounded by residential property so probably more of a cafe for locals. I had the classic shakshouka and a late. They do great coffee! Consistently homey style, great quality food. They even have their own herb garden. Great quiet place to catch up with your other half."
