"Stopped off here had lunch it was just great we had a sandwich each and when it came it was a double deck chicken and bacon with added salad and crisps and a lovely cup of tea and my wife had big slice of chocolate...cake all for this is a fantastic eating place but unfortunately we overheard the supervisor saying they are having to close down because no one uses it so come on Rugby get in there or lose a really useful place not only to eat but helping disabled people in the community as well SO GET TO THE HUB VERY SOON AND SAVE IT"

"Myself and my husband went to Pizza Express for a mid week meal after getting a gift card for christmas. we booked a table to ensure we had one but when we arrived the restaurant was almost empty. we assume this was because there was some snow so people staying in plus was mid week. We got a friendly welcome from the waitress on arrival and could chose where we sat. the menu all looked very nice and i opted for bruschetta to start and my husband had the garlic bread. each were both about £5/6 which for the size of them we thought was a bit much, but saying that they were freshly made and very tasty the pizzas we had were lovely too. mine was a La Reine and my husband had the calzone for dessert i had the hot drink plus mini dessert throughout the evening the waitress was attentive and friendly. the only downside of the evening was that the restaurant was sooo cold! the poor waitress just had a tshirt and jeans on and she admitted she was very cold. we appreciate that energy is very expensive and it was a cold night, but it made the meal rather uncomfortable. we mentioned it to the manager at the end and she advised they're not allowed to turn the heat up. Shame we'd go back again but if it's winter, we'll wear thick jumpers! that aside, great service and a tasty meal."

"Let me stress that I like this pub. I will continue to go, but I have ongoing niggles which could be easily addressed, but thus far haven’t. The Sunday lunch is good but someone in the kitchen is an abject failure at making Yorkshire pudding....To be honest they would be better off buying them in rather than trying to make them. They are as flat as a pancake. Secondly, cauliflower cheese.... insipid. Guys/girls the hint is in the title.....cheese.....it was runny and pretty devoid of cheese. Grate some cheese on the top then put it under the grill put some English mustard in it, or just google a recipe for cauliflower cheese, but don’t serve up cauliflower covered in the equivalent of whitewash. The stuffing was undercooked too thick and claggy. Turkey is always a safe option in my view. Other than that I enjoyed it!!."

"Our normal food stop when in town (not open on Sundays) Always a lovely welcome from the staff and fast service. Set up in the middle of the mall but neatly tucked away in the side open seating area with comfortable layout. Some settees with tables for coffee/tea but mainly normal tables and chairs. Only a reasonably small set up but very popular with the shoppers especially the older people who need somewhere to rest and have a drink. Staff will bring your order to the table and ensure that you are comfortable with all your needs. Food is freshly prepared and displayed clearly and hygienically. All sorts of snack type foods and cakes etc including Paninis, made up rolls or made to order as required. Lovely coffee. The cost of everything is very reasonable and on top of that there are special deals where drinks crisps etc are included. If your in the Clock Towers, give them a try you wont be disappointed. Plenty of parking over 3 levels and again the charges are very reasonable."
