"If you are looking for a "sugar shack" that serves crepe, bacon, scrambled egg, beans and potatoes, then perhaps either expect a little more, or head someowhere else.This establishment serves your "sugar shack" experience at a 4 star level. Three distinct meal courses. Appetizers, main ourse followed by desert.Delicious fresh crusty bread soaked in delicious onion soup. Crouton Bacon soaked and then cooked in Maple syrop + + Scrambled eggs ? yes, for sure. But here they are blended with Gruyere cheese. Ham, yes! But it has been soaked for hours in a blend with Maple Syrop. And a very delicious blood pudding sausage (i usually dislioke this ) also blended with maple syrop, which makes it smooth textured and very enjoyable. Desert, wow ! Maple syrop tart, fresh meringue sticks. amazing donut sticks with syrup and maple creme. plus more than enough tire on ice to satisfy any little space left in the tummy.This is not the full menu by any means, but what comes immediately to mind.So if you are looking to try-out the delicious Quebec Maple tradition, but want a little something special and different, I highly recommend Erabliere Shefford.And did I mention the special drinks ?? They were amazing and unique, and served with very passionate explanations of the contents and how best to drink them. We were a family group of 9, and we all would return again and again.Closes for the end of season on April 26th 2015."
