"This was the first restaurant we visited during our 16 day visit to Germany and though we are from Texas and expecting our host and hostess to take us to a German restaurant, we were very pleased they opted instead for their favorite restaurant in Siegen, El Rancho. The Texas decor made us feel at home. The salad bar had a wide variety of fresh items, the small filet was huge, so juicy and tender, and the wine wonderful! A very scrumptious meal for 2 weary and starving travelers just off an international flight."

"I've been there several times with my girlfriend today and the last time I ate the Tbonesteak recommended by the waiter, it was simply a dream again in terms of taste and also inexpensive. In addition, I have never met such a nice waiter, just another great evening. Added to this is the great atmosphere and I'm already looking forward to next time.
