"This location just sucks. TR is easily my favorite place on the planet to to go eat at and everyone that knows me even knows that because I constantly talk about it. This spot though, no. I work out of Sioux City so I'm here. I'm a truck driver and I try to go out to eat at least every other weekend when I'm in town. I think this is the 5th or 6th time I've been to this location and I won't be back. I'll literally go drive to Omaha if I want TR. Every place I sit down and eat at in Sioux City, it's just crappy service. The work ethic in this city sucks when it comes to any type of food service I've had to deal with. Today I ordered an appetizer as soon as I sat down. Then she kept asking me if I was ready to order. Normally, people do not order until they receive their appetizer and that's pretty standard in the restaurant business. I ordered anyways about 10 minutes after sitting down. My appetizer came out at 24 minutes. My main food came out 90 second later. My appetizer was barely even warm. I ordered the fried pickles and they're not really that good unless they're hot. I ended up eating like 5 or 6 of them by that time yeah they were cold. Normally when whoever is the manager is (Supposed to be, or at least other locations do it) walking around asking people how their food is, I would've mentioned that the pickles were not acceptable, but the manager Zach I think his name was on his shirt never even left the inside of the kitchen the entire time I was there excepy for when he walked up and talked to the girls at the hostess stand for a couple minutes. Ok so when my food showed up, my fries weren't there. When I palaced my order I told her that I was going to eat the steak and fries here and take the chicken and mashed potatoes to go. Kinda hard to eat the fries with the steak if there's aren't any fries. I ordered them with bacon and cheese as well and I'm guessing they completely forgot too make them so they just threw them together to get them out and there was next to no bacon on them. You'd think that with the manager standing there in the doorway to the kitchen the entire time I was there that he'd be aware of what's going on in the kitchen.... No I'm going to guess not and I'm going to guess he doesn't even look at the food as it's going out to get served. No he doesn't do that either because I sat there watching what he was doing the entire time I was in there. Lack of training? Poor work ethic? Lazy? I don't normally like writing harsh reviews like this but I expect alot more when I go to TR. I literally left here mad when I walked out the door today. The server was great and she did get a tip from me. If you're reading this and you go out to eat and don't want to tip your server, tip them anyways as it's not their fault most of the time of something gets messed up. Remember in most cases they don't serve you your food or look at it before it's brought out. I left two stars on this because the food was still good regardless of everything else."

"Probably would go 4.5. Great service and food. I forgot to take a picture of the Steak and Burger but it was delicious. The steak was juicy and cooked perfectly. The Burger was very good. Brussel sprouts were awesome. The desert was amazing!! Not too sweet and I couldn't stop until it was gone lol."

"Main Abby located inside the Hard Rock Casino is a great place to eat if you have deep pockets. The place has a cozy atmosphere with low lighting for those who wish to enjoy a romantic setting. There are a few large half circle booths for largergroups. The menu doesn't have many items on it but for what it does have, there should be something for everyone to choose. Theprices here are high which makes this place a great place to go for a once a year special occasion etc. The lamb was extremelysalty but the carrots and sauce were delicious! The lobster bisque was not good at all. Panera has better lobster bisque for farless money. Overall not a blad place to enjoy dinner."

"Went on July 25, 2018 to celebrate my 31st birthday and to celebrate my husband 's promotion at work. We decided on Outback because we were very recently at Texas Roadhouse and we haven 't been to Outback in several years. I did an online 'reservation ' but we didn 't need it; would have been sat immediately anyways. Our hostess was actually more personable than our waitress. That 's one of the reasons why I didn 't give 5 stars. Our waitress seemed like she really didn 't want to be there. I got the 8oz sirloin shrimp dinner. It was very good. I added garlic butter to my steak and I 'm glad I did. The steak was cooked perfectly and the shrimp were delicious. My mashed potatoes were ok. I actually prefer the mashed potatoes at Roadhouse a lot more. These here were fine, but after seeing the salad my mother-in-law got I kinda wish I would have chosen that instead. Only 1 side with the meal I chose. Restaurant is clean, decorated nicely, and very well laid out. I liked how the booth we sat in was raised slightly. I didn 't use the restrooms so I have no opinion on that. We ordered waters, so I can 't comment on their alcohol situation either. Almost got a dessert but I was already taking food home and didn 't want to be completely full/miserable. I love tho how they have the small dessert option for $3.99. Nice to have that instead of a giant dessert. We 'll more than likely return, but I 'll be trying a different meal. My meal was perfectly good, but my go-to steak place is still Roadhouse. I bet Outback has something else I 'll fall in love"
