"We were at our expected time, but that's where the good experience ended. While I understand that it's busy, we waited over minutes to be acknowledged and Brian (I think) greeted us by setting down used glassware and dirty silverware in his hand by saying "What do you want to drink .. not "Hello, how are you or Happy Mother's Day". Then, with his face turned to another table, he just walked away to go look at another tables food. We proceeded to get up and leave. The manager asked what was happening, I explained, and that was that. Super poor experience. Pretty sad as Francesca's has really fallen off over the years. Simply acknowledging a guest would have fixed the situation"

"Decided to try after booking a night at the Baker. The place is definitely more of a lounge as half of the seating are comfy chairs and end tables. There are also about 9-10 high tables and 3 regular booths. Arrived at 7 pm on a Friday night and the place filled up as the night progressed. There was live music. The menu is limited but the choices recommended by our server were good and 3 ‘small’ plates plus dessert were plenty. We had the crab cakes, skewers, and fries."

"That was a really nice restaurant. the portions were large, the staff was friendly. had a decent menu and many dessert options. it was loud, but that was due to the fact that it was busy. server was patient and knew everything to know about the menu."

"I like eating here, eating is not spicy if they don't ask for a spicy.. mild spicy foods have chili in it until they are on for it .so do not ask. Taste them great, portioning are good. I was looking for north indian food .. this is very close, no curry leaves."

"Pizza was just amazing! Super tasty and I recommend ordering their tiramisu. Owner was super nice and social, just a lovely place. The restaurant was clean and very modern."

"We were a group of 15, made reservations, of course, on a Tuesday evening. The service was impeccable, the ambiance was old world and the food was fabulous! My only criticism was the fried potatoes served with several of the entrees, the presentation lacked color and french fries seemed out of place. I had the Salmon dish and it was beyond fabulous, my friend had Tilapia and it also looked and tasted wonderful, my Sweetheart had Veal and while it didn't look pleasing, the flavor was over the top! We would definitely return, if we lived in the area. Note: be careful where you park."
