"I?ve come in here quite a few times and always had a decent dining experience even when orders have been messed up in the past. I was in the area today and decided to stop by to grab dinner. It wasn?t super busy, and I was seated quickly. I sat at my table for over 10 minutes without any servers acknowledging me, walked by me, and even cleaned the tables next to me and rearranged the tables and chairs. I know I was seen, but after waiting I got up and left because the couple the got seated after me were instantly greeted by a server and received their drinks pretty quickly"

"First time back at this restaurant in a long time, the food has really changed. My sisters ciabatta sandwich looked great, and my Michigan salad was excellent. Bonus they have a blondie brownie dessert that is delicious. Friendly and fast server too"

"The food and ambiance at La Scala are wonderful. Some of the best meals I?ve had have been here! The menu rotates, so there?s always something new and equally as delicious to try! Parking and seating are a breeze, and they accept reservations. But the real star of the La Scala show is Ruby. She?s everything good and wonderful about community and making people feel seen and welcomed. If you?re lucky enough to sit in her section, you?re guaranteed to have a wonderful night. So very grateful to have such a lovely small business in Taylor!"

"Surprising to find 10 vegan ducks at a bar in Taylor! TAYLOR! It is 10 minutes from the Metro Station. Much better vegan food choices than you 'll find anywhere in the metro. Had the perpetrators with chix, cheese, sauce. Very delicious breakfast. So I had to pack half the order. It looks like a non-sticking bar from outside. But a lot of a neighborhood Cheers Vibe goes inside. Large handmade beer card."

"First time and have fell in love!! Staff was friendly and did a wonderful job! The food was out of this world!! Tater skins to start, half rack of ribs/baked potato for me and a 16oz rib eye steak with mashed and corn for Carl....ribs honestly fell off the bone and his steak was cooked to perfection! Margarita for me and a 20oz draft. And all for $60.00!! Will definitely be back on our next trip to Michigan!!"

"Pia's has been consistently pleasing the people of my hometown of Taylor, Michigan since 1955 with phenomenal pizza and Italian cuisine. A family-owned business, the restaurant is a pillar of the community. I was reminded during a recent visit home that you simply cannot go wrong eating at Pia's. I highly recommend it!"
