"Be careful with the selection of this restaurant at Hotel Insula, do not go to this restaurant!! There's a terrible waiter, his name is Florii. He's not friendly! We ordered some food, but when the food was served, the French fries were cold; very cold. We told the waiter Florii. He just said, So what and his shoulders torn. That was not a normal behavior and I told him that friendly, but he wouldn't listen to us. After dinner we had to pay at the counter: the only thing he was saying: cash or card and he was aggressive in his words to us! I advise you all; don't go to this restaurant!!"

"The hotel is located between shops and garages can be missed, but the place is huge as soon as you are inside. Food was excellent. Bean soup server in bread is one of a kind. Staff friendly and English speaking. Very recommended."

"Maybe the best pizza I ever had in Romania. The best tasting and the best price for the portion by far! These cakes were huge! And we ordered three little ones. With a glass of wine, lemonade and water the bill was less than 100 Lei. It took a while until the order came, but it was worth waiting. It came hot, cheesy, and fresh and the crust was perfect, not thick, but thick enough to keep the cheese and the beats so it's all soggy. Seats outdoor with couches were comfortable. But it was dark and there were too many insects. Maybe something helps to keep them away. I don't know if I ever make it to Tulcea again, but if I do, I'll have more meals in this place."
