"Got a delivery from wenzles on saint alban road. After they forgot items off the order, the lady over the phone said it was not her fault and that they will not delivery the miss off items unless I order more food. Disgusting customer services as she was not apologetic and just straight up rude. Wenzles sort your staff out please."

"Went there to buy a loaf of bread and was greeted by the smell of freshly baked bread. The staff were very nice and friendly and I was able to get what I wanted. I wouldn't change anything and will definitely be back again soon. I was very pleased: worth a visit."

"After enjoying sometime with family on the watford big skate ice rink we stopped in here for a hot chocolate. We had just over half an hour before closing time. We order straight away as we knew what we all wanted. The staff seemed in a rush to get home and got our order wrong, we were then given take away cups because they didn’t want to wash us again. We were not the only customers in there. The floor under our table was disgusting, maybe they should be cleaning during the day too. We purchased a biscuit for our son sat down then was called up again as the transaction hadn’t worked. Then we were asked to leave ten minutes before closing. I’m sure that the staff must be paid at least ten minutes after the shop closes to lock up. I understand it was late but that doesn’t mean the service should differ."

"Fancied a sandwich midday and popped in first time I've used them. The sandwich was great very fresh and bread was divine enjoyed it so much went back next morning for a sandwich for my train home. Again top quality and fresh and the service was friendly and helpful so I will use again when back down in Watford."

"Went to sit down after coming up to Watford to watch the football. Best Kofte I’ve ever had hands down. Great chilli sauces provided on the table, fresh salad and the bread w/hummus was amazing! staff members are all friendly and chatty and made for an even better experience. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area."

"Extremely good customer service. First went through Uber eats yet disappointed us hugely as our order never turned up. We then contacted directly and we received our food asap. After problems with Uber eats’ customer service we will only contact this restaurant directly and will order food often as food was delicious."

"What an absolute little jewel in the heart of watford. I live in west kensington, I am a complete Chai-Latte addict and it looks like I would have to come to watford more often because this is the best, most authentic (as with not bought in ready liquid or pulverized sugar / chemical solid) chai latte I had anywhere in a 20 miles radius!"

"You know what your are going to get at Wetherspoons so no real complaints. However, since the other one in Watford closed, it is very busy. This makes getters a table taxing. I normally go on match days, so the mixing of both sets of supporters is a mixed blessing. Never been a hint if trouble but for big games it’s going to be hard to get in. At least the at table service is available which does make life easier."
